The Plot Pictures was founded with the goal of producing & distributing a diverse slate of original content and intellectual property (IP). Our focus is on developing "homegrown" scripts by sourcing and pairing regional screenwriters, directors, actors, and production talent with global platforms to share their authentic stories with the world.
Our expert team of plotters are able to take advantage of the most favorable production incentives, funding plans, P&A, and distribution networks in the GCC, South East Asia, Europe, and North Africa through our affiliation with the Dejavu Media Network ensuring each story reaches its audience in the most creative and genuine ways.

Pratixa Kanojia is a seasoned producer and the Founder & CEO of The Plot Pictures, with over sixteen years of experience across advertising, branded content, and long-form film and series production.
She began her career leading production teams at Rahbani, Dejavu MENA, and Craft MENA, where her work earned international recognition at D&AD, Cannes Lions, and LIA, before transitioning fully into film and series.
Her debut feature, Beneath a Sea of Lights, starring Barkhad Abdi, was acquired by Showtime Networks in the US. Today, she produces and co-produces projects across Hollywood, Arab, and Indian cinema, championing culturally rooted stories with global resonance.
Under her leadership, The Plot Pictures has partnered with studios including A24, Goodfellas, MK2, Coven Films, Kindred Spirit, Geetha Arts, and Sree Gokulam Pictures, building a boutique, 360- long-form studio delivering high-concept films and series.

Bassam enthusiastically tackles the film distribution journey, turning selected titles into cinema stars across the MENAT region. He teams up with cinemas, employing social media, premieres, and diverse marketing strategies to ensure these movies receive the recognition they need for a successful audience reach.
Beyond the technical aspects, Bassam emphasises the importance of maintaining open communication with stakeholders and partners to foster a collaborative film ecosystem.

OZGE
Acquisition & Distribution Lead

Ozge is an accomplished expert with over 18 years of experience in Acquisition and Distribution within the media and entertainment industry.
Her role at The Plot Pictures MENA, as the Acquisition & Distribution Lead is dedicated to delivering top-notch entertainment from world to the MENAT region and vice versa.Her hawk eyes scan the commercial viability of all the project that enter TPP to ensure that the project finds its audience across all media for the longest duration.
Ozge’s previous role as a Senior Content Acquisition Manager at Starzplay artfully combined strategic vision, negotiation finesse which contributed to her success in curating content for a global audience. Her responsibilities have included the management of TV and home video sales, as well as the facilitation of sales for Turkish films in the MENA markets.
